Role OverviewWorking within a small, friendly team, this System Administrator role is business-critical in providing first-class primary support to the company's network infrastructure, computer systems (including operating system), servers and application software.
This role will provide end-to-end administration, maintenance, support, and where required, training of the company's IT infrastructure, device, and application management to our internal and external customers.
This System Administrator role is varied and requires a real team player who can manage their time efficiently and prioritise or escalate as appropriate, as well as build strong relationships with our IT Partners.
Complying with the documented quality system procedures is vital, as is a willingness to actively support the company's quality ethic and quality improvement programmes.
Our customers are our absolute focus, and it is the duty of every member of the Future Fit team to represent the company's staff in the best possible light and satisfy our customers' highest expectations.

- Proven experience in an IT administration or similar role (preferably non-face-to-face).
- Skills gained through both training and on-the-job experience to provide the required knowledge and abilities for the role
- Azure Identity and Endpoint Manager experience
- Minimum Grade C GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Good verbal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to multitask, prioritise workload and take ownership of tasks
- Open to learning experiences which help you develop and improve your professional practice
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
- Minimum of ITIL v3.0 foundation qualification
- Microsoft MDM/MAM, Microsoft Entra and Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Related customer support qualification e.g. Level 3 Diploma in ICT Professional Competence or an intermediate or advanced apprenticeship in IT support
- Formal experience working within the IT industry
