Job description

Eteach is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Partner to join our team at our headquarters in Bracknell. As the Strategic Partner, you will lead our International Sales and Key Account Management efforts. Your primary goal will be to expand business opportunities within our existing target clients and develop new business avenues to grow our overall portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the sales strategy for international markets, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with our services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities, including identifying potential clients and developing strategies to attract and engage them.
  • Expand business opportunities within existing clients by identifying new needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the education sector.
  • Work closely with other departments, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in achieving company goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the education sector or recruitment industry.
  • Demonstrated success in international sales and key account management.
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
