Key Account Manager - REGIONAL DEVELOPERS
We have a fantastic opportunity with a market-leading manufacturer of bathroom products. This Key Account Manager
COMPANY: This is an International industry leader in the manufacture of bathroom and plumbing products. It is a great company to work for, offering superb training, personal development, and career progression.
THE JOB: We are looking for a commercially focused Key Account Manager, you will be required to develop new and grow existing business through the Regional House Builders, M&E Contractors, Developers and Merchant side. You will be working closely with the area sales managers to ensure a combined approach to projects. This is a 50-50 split between NEW Business and managing and developing the existing accounts that sit around circa 20 live clients. This role has huge potential, sales currently sit around £1m with a view to double within 18-24 months. The client base has some fantastic clients that they are only scratching the surface with. You will have massive potential to grow and develop the existing client base, and you will also look to develop and win new clients who are high-end developers with an average house price of £500k to £1m + market.

AREA: This role is home-based, so we are flexible about where you live. Due to the client base, you will be covering the South from Birmingham down, ideally located in London or the home counties. We would certainly consider people outside of this area as this role has clients outside of London.
THE PERSON: It is key that you have the knowledge and expertise to deal with Regional developers, house builders, M&E contractors, and merchants. Industry-wise, you don't have to be within the bathroom industry—that's ideal—you could come from flooring, construction, plumbing, manufacturing etc

Salary up to £50,000 basic, + Hybrid + bonus paid quarterly up to £11,000
