Key Account Manager

We're on a mission of growth and expansion, and we're seeking Key Account Manager to join our passionate team of disruptors and visionaries.

Your Mission:

  • Developing trusted relationships with a portfolio of major clients to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their growth plans.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their staffing needs and business objectives.
  • Develop and drive tailored recruitment solutions and strategies to meet the specific needs of each Key Account.
  • Have a knack for talent identification and delivering on top talent to open positions

What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you'll need to embody the following:

  • Experience in delivering on roles within Defence/Engineering/Tech SC/DV cleared roles
  • Experience in growing and managing Key Accounts as well as developing and sustaining relationships
  • An appetite for thinking outside of the box to provide solutions to our Key Accounts
