We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly successful and well-respected client in Goring on Thames, who are recruiting for a Regional Key Account Manager to join their team.
As Regional Key Account Manager, you will be tasked with developing sales within the client’s current network of retailers, distributors, and sales agents in Europe as well as prospecting and converting new sales opportunities.
This role will require significant travel within Europe.
Role: Regional Key Account Manager
Salary: £44,000 - £55,000 + 20% bonus
Hours: 09.00 – 17.30
Location: Goring on Thames

Responsibilities of the Regional Key Account Manager:
- Identify and convert new key European sales opportunities.
- Develop sales in European markets, focussing on Western and Southern Europe
- Grow existing accounts, acquire new accounts.
- Attend tradeshows.
- Contribute to deliver sales strategy in key markets with the European Sales Manager / Managing Director
Requirements of the Regional Key Account Manager:
- A strong linguist – fluent English, French and German
- Background in relevant sector (housewares, beauty, luxury or premium products)
- Sales experience in Western and Southern Europe essential e.g. France, Germany, Benelux Spain, Italy, etc
- Sales experience in Northern or Western Europe desirable, e.g., Scandinavia, Poland, Baltics etc
- Management of EU distribution (agents and distributors)
- Experience with export from the UK and global supply chains
- Demonstrate excellence (5 years’ experience) in Key Account Management and New Business Development through relationship building, negotiation and sales development.
- Design and implementation of own and company sales strategies
- Able to influence direct and indirect stakeholders through effective relationship building.
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of p&l structures
- Excellent IT literacy, ability to create and communicate information from a wide range of digital platforms.
- Able to plan and undertake international travel.
- UK resident, clean driver’s licence, UK passport holder or able to work in the UK under permit.
