Hunter Mason’s client has extensive years of experience in the construction and civil engineering industry. Our client has now identified the need for a Key Accounts Manager to join their expanding team.

Position Overview

As a Key Accounts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding their market presence, fostering client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, a deep understanding of the construction industry, and the ability to strategically identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients within the construction industry to promote their range of products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to enhance our visibility.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in business development, with a focus on the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction equipment, tools, and related products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
