Exciting Opportunity: International Accounts Manager (Entry-level) Position Available!

Position Overview:

Exciting opportunity to join our team as an International Accounts Manager (Entry-level), working full time at our Nottingham site, with an option of hybrid-working after probation period, with earnings between GBP25k - GBP28k per annum, + bonus potential of up to GBP5k per annum based on OTE. We are seeking a talented and motivated International Accounts Manager (Entry-level) to join our team. As a key member of our sales division, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and fostering relationships with international market accounts. Additionally, you will provide strategic insights to senior managers, contributing to our marketing and strategic activities.

This role will provide sales-focused support to the Senior Sales Managers, in addition to the group s sales functions (Subsidiaries, Agents, and Resellers). The position acts as the primary support for sales activity across the group, in addition to maintaining commercial documentation, supporting sales-focused projects and providing sales training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • International Sales Account Management:
    • Focus on managing and supporting a portfolio of international market accounts.
    • Drive growth by leveraging dynamic market feedback to inform head office strategies.
    • Collaborate with senior managers on marketing and strategic initiatives to enhance market presence and competitiveness.
  • Sales Project Support to Senior Sales Managers:
    • Provide essential support to the Senior Sales Managers on various sales projects.
    • Contribute to market research efforts to identify opportunities and trends.
    • administrative assistance for revenue-generating projects across the group's diverse service portfolio.
  • Commercial Agreement Administration:
    • Oversee commercial agreements, including review of terms and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and manage any changes or amendments that arise during the implementation or execution phase.
    • Systematically manage contract creation, execution, and analysis to optimise financial and operational performance while minimising risk.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferable)
  • Experience in account management or exposure to sales/sales administration, ideally on an international level
  • Demonstrated interest in career progression and willingness to learn and grow within the role
  • Driven sales individual with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Well-organised with a strong attention to detail
  • Proactive self-starter who can work on their own initiative
