International Coordinator

CIHT are looking for someone to perform a brand-new role in as an International Coordinator.
This is a new role within our membership team that presents an exciting opportunity to shape the development of our international strategy.
The coordinator will focus on managing the international functions for CIHT and establish new opportunities for international activities including membership and professional qualifications.
The role will be responsible on implementing the Institution’s international strategy while building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
The coordinator will work with the wider team(s) to identify geographical areas / opportunities for increased membership recruitment and professional qualifications uptake.
The candidate will be at the forefront of developing and supporting CIHT’s approach to international membership groups, communities and partnerships.
A successful candidate will need to demonstrate experience of developing and maintaining relationships with UK and International organisations and/or members on international issues.
The candidate will need to be able to work collaboratively across the organisation and will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can think innovatively, take initiative, put ideas into action, and complete projects as a result of ideas.
Closing date for applications will be 1 February 2024, with interviews to be held virtually the following week.
The role is based on a three-day working week and includes a contributory pension scheme and additional benefits. The proposed contract is based on flexible working with one day based at our office in London. Alternative working arrangements including home working can be considered. Candidates will be required to demonstrate that they are eligible to work in the UK.
