International Patient Coordinator
London: The Harley Street Clinic Campus and Princess Grace Hospital

We are recruiting for an International Patient Coordinator to join our International Relations Team based in The Harley Street Clinic- UCH
The International Patient Coordinator will be predominantly based onsite our private units at UCH but occasional to The Harley Street might be required.
You will be responsible for liaising between consultants, secretaries, hospital staff and patients to ensure bookings are made and all details are accurately communicated.
Within this role, you will be a key member of the International Patient Centre, responsible for ensuring effective liaison between the patient and the clinical team for Guarantee of Payment queries.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To act as the hospital manager and ensure the safe and effective management of hospital systems and services
- To utilise the tele-tracking system to ensure the most appropriate use of beds in each clinical area and across the campus
- To ensure that each emergency admission is correctly assessed before admission
- To undertake the lead in the hospital’s emergency plans for fire, cardiac arrest, major incident etc.
- Collaborate with relevant departmental heads when hospitals operational facilities are / or have the potential to be adversely affected
- Work towards an effective risk sensitive solution to the issue
- To be a highly visible role model to all staff within The Hospital
- To liaise in a professional manner with internal and external customers

What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a similar role within private healthcare is essential
- Arabic Speaking is essential
- Previous Arabic interpreting experience is essential
- Excellent Communication skills
- IT Literate
