Our client, a leading private medical organisation based in the Harley Street area, is seeking 2 dynamic and passionate temporary workers to join their team as Patient Coordinators. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the fast-paced and rewarding field of private health care. If you have experience in medical reception, patient coordination, medical secretarial, or medical administration, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet patients with a warm and friendly manner.
• Schedule appointments, maintaining an organised and efficient diary system.
• Handle patient inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, respecting strict confidentiality.
• Collect and process payments, explaining billing procedures to patients.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in medical reception, patient coordination, medical secretarial, or medical administration.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficient in using computer systems and medical software.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
