For this role you can be based in either the UK (Coleford or Stockley Park), France (Paris or near Lyons, Gadagne or Donnery) and Spain (Madrid or Toledo).
You will be a part of a team that will be strengthening the SBFE supply chain by paving the way for improvements, bringing about a better future through technological advancements, even if it means challenging the current conventional methods.
YOUR ROLE
You will develop the strategic planning of the Engineering function in the SBFE region including CAPEX mid-long-term vision such as manufacturing and logistics footprint strategy. You will build and ensure Engineering standards or ways of working across the SBFE Region to support overall supply chain efficiencies or quality improvement. You will align activities with stakeholders across the departments in supply chain and other divisions to ensure things move forward, Leadership of strategic projects with time management and prioritization. You will have project management experience within an FMCG or technical environment, delivering improvements from shop floor through to strategic/business wide projects. You will have financial awareness with experience of P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, and R&M processes. You will be analytical, and data driven with great communication and influencing skills across all levels in the business from Operator to COO.
