What you will enjoy doing
- Liaising with customers, both International and Domestic.
- Processing Orders, Quotations and Proformas with Operations department.
- Ensuring payment is received according to the account terms.
- Making sure appropriate sales documentation is sent to the customer.
- Preparing Distribution Letters and Agreements on Company templates.
- Ensuring all sales are compliant with approved internal and external authorisations.
- Exhibition support.
- Working with other departments to assist in any Customer enquiries.
- Availability for customer entertainment outside of working hours.
What makes you great
- 3 years experience in a customer services or sales environment in Life Sciences industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Export Documentation.
- Additional Language ability beneficial (written and spoken).
- Comprehension of medical terminology beneficial.
