SalaryWe are currently seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our client's great passenger car dealership near Crawley. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
What they need from you:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives with potential customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the sales department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Full UK driving license
Package
- A basic salary up to £23,100 with an uncapped OTE £60,000 onwards plus a company car!
