- Manage daily tasks and ensure timely completion of invoicing to meet business requirements.
- Generate insightful monthly reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with finance to manage cash forecasting and reporting accurately.
- Utilize funding portals and e-signature platforms to support payout processes effectively.
- Monitor and resolve queries to mitigate delays in the payout process.
- Maintain high responsiveness by managing relevant inboxes effectively.
- Ensure compliance with processes and regulations, verifying accuracy of documentation and pricing.
- Support training and development within the team and assist in process improvement initiatives.
