Description
The International Sales Coordinator - Health & Beauty will be responsible for the following:
- International order management
- Product registrations
- Coordination and support of commercial activities and events
- Commercial reporting through utilisation of data and performance tracking
- Product & Marketing coordination
- Supporting the international team on customer engagement, activities and events
- Maintaining CRM and systems, updating of commercial and customer data to support the team
- Liaise with customers in absence of the Account Management team and support with ad hoc and project tasks also
- Full job spec will be available for all relevant applicants
Profile
The International Sales Coordinator - Health & Beauty will come with the following skills and experiences:
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Ability to manage demanding workload and work well under pressure, sometimes to specific deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with experience in customer service or dealing with smaller accounts
- Ideally an additional European language
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility in a day to day role across variety of customers
- Order processing experience required, ideally with strong numerate skills
- Good IT skills, including Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work off own initiative, as well as being a good team member
- Strong communicator, confident when dealing with colleagues
- Able to commute 3 days per week to the Teddington office
Job Offer
£30,000 to £35,000 per annum salary depending on experience + benefits package
