Amour Recruitment is working in partnership with a great company seeking an International Service Delivery/Project Manager based from their office in Staines.
This role can be offered as hybrid working 3 or 4 days in the office per week offering support to the Head of International Service Delivery to provide customers with world class and innovative solutions that meet their needs, enable profitable business and support new revenue and profit streams.
Key responsibilities:
- Day to day account management of customers, including upselling the company’s services
- Provide sales support including preparing reports
- Attend customer review meetings where appropriate
- Support in the calculation and communication of surcharges
- Lead for the implementation of new suppliers, networks, customer onboarding etc.
- Provide project management support in key project areas.
- Provide support to the international operations team, including responding to customer escalations.
- General administrative support.
Personal requirements:
- Must be well organised and completely self-motivated.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent administration skills are essential
- Project management experience is desirable
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700
Salary: up to £38,000 (depending on experience)
