Our client is looking for a driven and ambitious International Tax Senior Manager (to join as a Director) or established Director to join their tax practice. They're in the process of succession planning with two senior partners retiring next year, this will free up a book of business of circa €5m which can be inherited and grown.
The firm is looking for an individual with strong technical skills but most importantly an entrepreneurial mind set and ability to foster & grow client relationships. The team and practice is less structured than a Big 4, the partners roll their sleeves up and assist their teams to deliver.
The role would be very autonomous, under the leadership and guidance of the senior Tax partners you will be trained to grow into that next generation of tax Partner. The team has a great culture, flat structure and a dynamic entrepreneurial feel.
If you're currently sat in a Big 4 or Top 20 firm in the Netherlands (or abroad wanting to come back) this could be the role for you! My client needs extensive Dutch language skills as well as deep technical Dutch Tax experience.
