The successful candidate will get the opportunity to advise on international and corporate tax projects as part of multidisciplinary and multijurisdictional team and provide specialist UK corporation tax advice on a variety of complex issues including:
* Global tax strategy and structure
* Cross border financing
* Expanding into new markets (including the UK)
* The appropriate location for assets and activity
* Reorganisations
* Cross border structuring
* Rationalisation
* Divestment
