The objective of this role is to produce detailed reports, to engage with Tenants on appointments and to represent the company. The Inventory and Check out consultant plays a key role in negotiations with tenants at check out and fairness but firmness is vital whilst protecting both the Landlord and the company's reputation.
A full clean driving licence and your own car would be beneficial for this role.

Experience/qualifications
You must have Property Inventory experience, full training is given to the Inven3 standard.
Must have strong communication and presentation skills. Ideal candidate would have their own iPad (if not we can provide you with one). Our software is not compatible with android).
Industry recognised qualifications such as APIP, ARLA, NFOPP and NAEA are advantageous.
Self Employed - Unique Tax Reference Number (UTR) is required for this role.
Payment
We have a structured rate and you are paid according to this. The rate is reflective of the property size and type of report you are creating.
