Inventory Controller

As an Inventory Controller you will responsible for contacting customers on a daily basis to advise on stock exceptions as well as working as part of the Supply Chain Team to manage the stock replenishment process for all wet products (beer, packaged, wines, spirits & minerals).

In addition, you will be helping ensure stock availability throughout the supply chain to meet customer demand, delivering a high level of customer service to all internal and external customers.

Your role as Inventory Controller

• Action stock exception reports from both Greene King depots and 3rd Party sites.
• Update details of shortages onto the CRM System.
• Maintain and develop a high level of Customer Service both internally and externally.
• Assist the Supply Chain Team in the stock replenishment process.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered within the required time.
• Build relationships with both internal & external customers.
