Job Title: Inventory Manager
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the inventory team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement effective procedures for inventory management
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal teams
- Optimize logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Ensure compliance with regulations and implement safety protocols in the warehouse
- Conduct data mining to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve inventory accuracy
Required Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders internally and externally
