The business is looking for a driven and motivated Inventory Manager to support the team through these exciting times.

The Role

· Be an ambassador for the new Inventory Management function

· Establish and drive forward a new Inventory Management function

· Create value for the company through Inventory excellence

· Build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders

· Lead the Inventory team to ensure high performance of the entire Supply Chain

· Build and maintain effective relations with other departments

· Provide guidance and coaching for stakeholders on Inventory practices

· Manage priorities and expectations based on business demands

· Depot delivery performance

· Perform annual stock takes

· Supplier queries and returns

· Job queries and returns

· Propose and implement improvements across the Supply Chain

· Create and maintain an Inventory dashboard Maintain master data on system(s) and in other locations

· Site Travel required

The Person

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in similar position

· Multi-site line management experience required

· Previous experience in Supply Chain roles is essential

· Experience in a Manufacturing / Service environment is essential

· Supply Chain related qualification such as IoSCM is required

· Basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Teams is required

· Experience with any major ERP system is required Able to work autonomously under agreed direction from senior management

· Advanced analytical skills
