Job Description
Inventory Manager will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of inventory control
- Utilise SAP to manage the inventory
- Implement efficient logistics strategies
- Ensure operational procedures are compliant with industry standards
- Collaborate with various departments to improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and adjust inventory levels to meet production demands
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Prepare and present inventory reports to senior management
- Lead, motivate, and develop the logistics team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Inventory Manager should have:
- A solid educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Excellent knowledge of SAP - essential
- Proven experience in inventory management within the industrial/manufacturing sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent strategic planning and organisational abilities
- Sound understanding of inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
