Job description
As an Investment Analyst you’ll share the responsibility of active management of the different hedging programs and oversee the liquid asset allocation of AXA UK and Ireland, within the objectives set out by the Head of Liquid Assets and Derivatives. You’ll also contribute to the conduct of economic and financial market research to report to the Investment Committees.

What you’ll be doing:
Active management of duration hedging program for AXA UK balance sheet within economic and accounting objectives.
Define and monitor hedging strategies to reduce the economic volatility of the balance sheet, implement these strategies with AXA IM and investment banks.
Screen market developments, to source yield-enhancing investments to increase return on capital of AXA UK balance sheet.
Work with the Head of Liquid Assets and Derivatives and Head of Investments to design and monitor the investment strategy for liquid Credit and Equity.
Manage the relationship with Asset Managers, and the AXA Group through centres of expertise for the relevant scope.
Positive coordination of suppliers, asset manager, internal clients, and internal stakeholders.
Produce high-standard reports related to the investment activity for the Chief Investment Officer, the Chief Financial officer of AXA UK and Ireland.
