Investment Analyst - Pbsa

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the formulation of growth strategies and financial analysis of investments 
• The preparation of proposals to the investment comittee
• Helping the internal sustainability team with the formation of ESG related policies
• Supporting the Investment Director and Investment Manager in integrating new acquisitions into the company portfolio
• Undertaking adhoc tasks where necessary to support the growth of the business

My client are ideally looking for c.1-3 years' of experience within real estate investment. As a part of this, strong numerical skills and the ability to build from scratch are essential - however although useful, residential / PBSA not a pre-requisite.
