What is the opportunity?
To join as a Senior Associate/VP for the transportation and logistics team within Investment Banking. You will support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity and other financial advisory services
What will you do?
- Assisting in execution of mandated deals
- Assisting in preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials
- Gathering public information through numerous sources Creating financial model analyses
- Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics
- Building company forecast models
- Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments
- Producing and maintaining various databases General research
What do you need to succeed?
Must haves
- University degree or equivalent
- Extensive Investment Banking experience or equivalent
- Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used
- Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs
- Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic
- Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels
- Teamwork approach with colleagues
