Join as a Senior Associate/VP for the transportation and logistics team within Investment Banking.Support the marketing and execution of M&A, debt, equity, and other financial advisory services.

Responsibilities
• Assisting in the execution of mandated deals• Assisting in the preparation of marketing pitchbooks and related materials• Gathering public information through numerous sources• Creating financial model analyses• Generating discounted cash flow models and other models for valuation metrics• Building company forecast models• Drafting marketing documents such as Confidential Information Memorandums for financings and/or sell-side assignments• Producing and maintaining various databases• General research
Requirements
• University degree or equivalent• Extensive Investment Banking experience or equivalent• Demonstrable Investment Banking transaction experience and a comprehensive understanding of the valuation approaches typically used• Knowledge of Investment Banking services and the ability to apply them creatively to diverse client needs• Computer software skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint• Hardworking, enthusiastic and professional work ethic• Sound judgement with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and develop relationships with clients at all levels• Teamwork approach with colleagues
