The Company

My client are known as 'the nice guys' in their space and are held in high regard amongst experienced property investors. They have worked hard to build a really strong team culture and are expanding their sales team.

About you:

• Ideally you will have 1+ year's experience within the residential real estate space, giving you an understanding of the market
• If you work in Estate agency or New Homes sales and are seeking a Monday to Friday position with exceptional earning potential then this is for you!
• If you work in a client services role within the residential real estate space then that would be perfect!

The Role
As an Investment consultant you will be speaking with private investors and guiding them through the entire investment process.

• You will be confidently pitching off-plan developments over the phone to potential investors and enabling them to make the right decision.
• Following up on multiple daily warm leads!
• Seeking out and attending networking events in order to generate leads and promote the company's services to develop new and existing business opportunities!
• Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
• Central London Office location
• Up to £24k basic (OTE £65k - 70k in your first year)
