Castlefield Recruitment are currently representing a Manchester Housing Association who are looking to recruit a permanent Investment Delivery Project Manager. This role offers £50,369 per annum + mileage and has highly flexible and agile working with office attendance 1-2x a week alongside an excellent benefits package.
Investment Delivery Project Manager– Housing Association – About The Role:
- To support the Head of Asset Investment Delivery to deliver the investment programmes, procuring and effectively managing contractors and projects which provide value for money and a customer focused service
- The Project Manager will be responsible for designated programmes within the investment programme which they will lead, ensuring delivery meets KPI and OPI targets and in line with CDM, Statutory, Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Identify, manage, mitigate and report risks that may impact on the successful achievement of project timescales and objectives
- Actively maintain allocated budgets, targets are maintained and up to date, monitoring and reporting on a weekly / monthly / annual basis as required
- Lead the Communication of project briefs to the project teams, internal and external stakeholders
Investment Delivery Project Manager – Housing Association – What You Need:
- Degree in Construction/Building related area or equivalent
- Experience in delivery Social Housing projects
- A good understanding of complex contractual issues as they relate to repairs & maintenance operations
- Hold a current valid driving license
