Investment Management Middle Office Support

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Data management for front office teams in regards to lifecycle tasks such as client file reviews, AML management & static data management.
• Manage workflow queues and mailboxes.
• Oversight of administrative Middle Office requirements.
• Ensuring all regulatory deadlines, reporting and annual audit requirements are met.
• Co-ordination and timely delivery of management information required by the Company.
• Assist on/ off boarding team with set up and monitoring of new clients and client transitions across custodians.
• Support project-based activities impacting the Middle Office team to ensure new processes are tested, refined and documented in readiness for production environment.

This role would suit someone who has 1-2 years’ experience in an investment or asset manager – possibly in a junior operations role – who has completed or is working towards the IAQ or IMC qualification.
