The Role: Investment Manager

The Firm: Boutique Specialist Credit Fund

The Location: West End London (hybrid)

Really interesting high growth Specialist Credit Fund is looking for an established Investment Manager in a particularly to work across Deal Review and Structuring, Due Diligence, Credit Analysis, Execution, Origination and Portfolio Management.

The Responsibilities:

• Underwrite new deals
• Review the accounts of portfolio companies, write up the papers, review against covenants, reporting etc
• Report to the investors, create and present board packs
• Support on-going portfolio management
• Work Closely with the deal team on documentation and negotiations
• Review Collateral Due Diligence
• Initial assessment of new deals, preliminary analysis etc

The Requirements:

• Background in Debt Advisory, Restructuring if coming from the Advisory side
• Ideally but not necessary - in house IM experience within the PD/PC world
• Distressed Debt and Liquidity Experience
• Investment Banking background
• Enthusiastic drive to pivot, set up processes, commercially drive the position
