The opportunity:
We have an opportunity available for an Investment Operations Manager to join our investments department.
Reporting into the Senior Investment Operations Manager your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Technical Support Team and support them in their development. To oversee 3rd Party Oversight management and Governance, Cost Centre management, Cash rebate reconciliation and accrual, Monthly and quarterly reporting to support the Financials.
Key responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
- Overseeing key 3rd Party relationships, performance calls, mandate checks and agreement reviews and all related governance.
- Oversee and sign off of Monthly and Quarterly reporting relating to company financials.
- Oversee control and authorisation of Investment related invoicing.
- Cost centre management to develop accurate budgets and forecasts.
- Responsible for RACE controls for the team.
- Liaise with Audit internal and external and remediate any actions coming out of annual audits.
- Collation and management of the Asset Liability Management Investment Committee Pack and Board Paper as well as secretary the meeting.
- Collation and management of the Exposure Management Committee pack as well as secretary the meeting.
- Managing a small team, arranging regular 121’s, team meetings, provide development opportunities.
- Control, authorisation and oversight of Cash rebate reconciliation.
