The role:
You will be working within the Investment Operations department in the Investment Services team. A day here will involve:
- Processing of all tasks related to asset pricing: manual asset pricing, using key market vendors to source pricing data, raising queries with vender and escalation of pricing issues.
- Complete asset set up and maintenance utilising data and systems.
- Second checking of price entries into systems.
- Support team in liaison across teams within back and front office.
To succeed you will need:
- Investment Operations experience (settlements/asset pricing/transfers/corporate actions/
- Knowledge of ICE / Thomson Reuters / Bloomberg.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Location: Glasgow
Salary: Up to £32,000
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in computerized systems and software, including QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and data entry.
- Familiarity with office procedures and clerical tasks.
- Typing speed of at least [insert required typing speed] words per minute.
