Working as part of an established team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for client onboarding enquiries, providing a first class client service.
This role will require applicants to build and maintain relationships with Investment Managers as well as other parties, ensuring onboarding requirements are accurate.
Key Duties;
- First point of contact for clients
- Providing administration experience relating to onboarding requirements
- Ensuring client queries are responded too, within strict timescales
- Ensuring onboarding of new clients
- Processing and checking client documentation
This is a fixed term appointment, which adopts a hybrid approach to working, to give added flexibility.
