Job description

Hutcheon Mearns are delighted to be exclusively supporting our client in the Healthcare Industry to recruit an Invoice Administrator on a contract basis. The contract will run for the initial period of 3-6 months with the possibility of extension or permanent position. The role will be based from our clients’ offices in Dyce, with hybrid working offered once you have settled into the role. Full time and Part time candidates will be considered.

The Invoice Administrator will ensure purchase and sales invoices are accurately produced for the business’s various service lines. The successful candidate will have invoicing experience and be able to start at short notice. Experience using Xero and working in a healthcare setting would be beneficial but is not required.
