This position seeks an Invoicing Assistant to join the Accounting & Finance team in a London-based healthcare organisation. This is a remote role with occasional travel to locations between Nottingham and London which will be fully expensed by the company.

Description
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of invoices
- Verify details of transactions, including funds received and total account balances
- Prepare and update accounting records, including financial statements and reports
- Coordinate with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing processes
- Resolve billing issues in collaboration with other departments
- Review and rectify any discrepancies in invoices
- Ensure adherence to organisational financial policies and guidelines
- Participate in periodic audits and support audit processes
Profile
A successful Invoicing Assistant should have:
- An understanding of finance & keenness to progress in this field
- Proficiency in accounting software, Sage 50 experience desired
- A full UK driving license is desired for ease of travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
