As a key member of the Litigation practice, you will work closely with Partners and Associates on high-profile cases, contributing to the entire litigation process from pre-trial through to appeal.

The Role
As an IP Litigation Paralegal, you will be at the forefront of managing complex, high-profile and often multi-jurisdictional cases for industry leaders across a variety of sectors. Showcasing your expertise in pre-litigation, trial, and appeal proceedings, your responsibilities will include coordinating court briefs, managing hearing logistics, preparing trial documents, and conducting substantive research tasks in areas such as patents, patent histories, life sciences, and technology products.
Qualifications and Skills
Prospective applicants must have at least 12 months experience working as a Paralegal within the IP Litigation team of a Top 50 Law Firm and have a strong background in filing documents with the High Court and a comprehensive understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules. Client facing exposure, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders are essential, as is the capacity to handle multiple tasks under time constraints.
