As an Information SecurityProject Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing out Information Security (IS) projects, with a primary focus on Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) initiatives and other internal IT security projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, Information Security, and experience working in the retail sector.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining scope, timelines, budget, and resource requirements.
• Execute projects in adherence to industry best practices and organizational standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met within specified timelines.
• Lead and manage projects related to PCI-DSS compliance, ensuring that all aspects of payment card data security are addressed and maintained.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement and enhance security controls.
• Oversee various internal IT security projects, including but not limited to vulnerability management, incident response, and access control initiatives.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Identify and assess potential risks associated with IS projects and develop mitigation strategies.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically in the retail sector.
• In-depth knowledge of PCI-DSS requirements and compliance.
• Familiarity with internal IT security practices and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with security tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with retail-specific IT systems and challenges.
