Role Insight:
- As an Account Manager at Tech Solutions Provider, you will:
- Be the primary contact for a portfolio of SME and non-profit clients.
- Deep understanding of their services and clients businesses to develop trust and rapport.
- Focus on increasing client satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Actively seek new business opportunities, managing sales cycles from initiation to deal closure.
- Work with our team to meet and exceed business revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and upsell to a portfolio of existing clients.
- Regularly conduct client update calls/meetings.
- Document client interactions using our CRM system.
- Proactively address and resolve client issues.
- Collaborate with the team for lead generation and revenue growth.
- Share insights and knowledge with other Account Managers.
- Understand market dynamics, client needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Contribute client feedback for product development.
