IT Application Analyst
£30,000 to £40,000 basic salary per annum plus benefits including bonus, pension, 25 days holiday (rising to 32 days with length of service), wellness day, option to purchase more annual leave or sell leftover days, excellent career development plans, certification opportunities etc.
Our key client, one of the best companies to work for in the UK, is looking for an IT Application Analyst join the team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an IT Application Analyst to join a hugely successful business, in the legal industry, that hold Gold Investor in People status as testament to their company culture, work-life balance (35 hour working week), and overall employee wellbeing.
The IT Application Analyst will be responsible for the continuous development of this legal firm’s case management system, Sharedo. The role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding business requirements, and implementing innovative solutions to optimise case processing - so a hybrid role between Sharedo development (no-code) and business analysis.
The successful IT Application Analyst will be based out of either the Liverpool or Manchester office, however you will have the flexibility to work the majority of the time from home, if preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Case management system experience, ideally Sharedo
- Keen and motivated to learn
- Technical background
- Strong communication skills
- Really personable character, capable of engaging with users across the business
