ROLE
- Support and maintain applications
- Provide 2nd line SQL support
- Fix software issues and carry out change requests
- Escalate issues to the 3rd liners when required
- Manage and update documentation
- Requirement gathering for projects
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years' experience in an application support role
- Confident with implementing and configuring software
- Worked with SQL and Power BI
- Experience supporting Dynamics 365 or SAP
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving approach
