Role Overview:
As an Entry-Level IT Service Desk Technician, you will be the first point of contact for our client's internal users, providing essential support and troubleshooting for a variety of IT-related issues. This role offers an exciting entry point into the IT industry, allowing you to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- User Support:
- Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing technical assistance and resolving issues promptly.
- Assist users with common software applications, hardware problems, and basic network issues.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
- Incident Management:
- Log, track, and monitor incidents to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately.
- Keep users informed about the status of their requests.
- Hardware and Software Troubleshooting:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Provide guidance on system usage and best practices.
- Documentation and Knowledge Base:
- Create and update documentation for common issues and solutions.
- Contribute to the development of a knowledge base for internal use.
- User Training:
- Assist in the creation of user training materials.
- Provide basic training to users on IT tools and systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow in the IT field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office applications.

Education and Experience:
