Position Overview
As the school's IT & AV manager, you will be providing support and maintenance of the school's network, servers, software packages, computer equipment and AV hardware.
Responsibilities
, Lead a small team of technicians, providing technical escalation, skill development, and performance management.
, Cover day-to-day operational requirements, including IT issues, AV bugs, and Zoom meetings.
, Support and maintain the school's network, servers, software, and AV hardware.
, Ensure effective IT use by all team members and students, improving their understanding and experience.
, Provide remote and face-to-face technical support, with a proactive troubleshooting approach.
, Deliver excellent customer service to staff, students, and parents, and assist in launching the online campus and scaling the e-sport club.

, Previous experience in a school.
