Harvey Nash’s Client is recruiting for 2x IT Business Analysts on an initial 3 month contract.
Main Duties
- Defining success criteria for your assigned projects, translating functional and non-functional requirements to produce acceptance criteria.
- Gathering, analysing and documenting solution requirements using appropriate business process models, use cases and providing both functional and technical expertise.
- Translating and communicating identified and documented business requirements via structured discussion between IT infrastructure and applications development professionals and with external technical and solutions suppliers
- Benefits management and realisation throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Essential Skills
- Well developed and proven analytical capabilities and demonstrable knowledge of applying appropriate IT business analysis methods/techniques to explore, define and deliver stakeholder requirements.
- Experience of leading or working in a medium to large technology change programme.
- Experience of owning and managing business requirements from inception to product delivery and the ability to deliver to time deadlines.
- Experience capturing and documenting requirements and use cases, business rules, requirements traceability, UML modelling, using storyboards.
- Proven experience using wire framing /prototyping tools.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, interviewing, presentation skills and stakeholder management.
