Formally define the scope and high-level requirements for project deliverables in an Agile environmentYou will be coaching, mentoring and ensuring that Business Analysis is applied by third parties to project deliverablesDealing with issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant informationUtilising methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approachesYou will be responsible for investigating operational requirements, problems, and opportunities, seeking effective business solutions through improvements in automated and non-automated components of new or changed processes Specifying requirements for environment, data, resources and tools, reviewing and testing results and modifying tests as necessaryYour skills and experiences:EssentialYou will be required to have a Degree/Diploma in Business Analysis or hold relatable equivalent experienceA good business acumen will be essential for the role and with this strong stakeholder management experience and willingnessAn understanding and experience of delivering IT projects via the ITIL frameworkYou will need to have Strong team working skillsDesirableExperience of working within a manufacturing and/or defence industryExperience of using SharepointBenefits:You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
