Our client is seeking a new member for their support team and for the successful candidate this is a varied opportunity to further develop your support skills.
The role is varied and will involve using the latest support tools to interact and engage with both potential and existing clients.
Typical duties will include:
- 1st line support ticket handling
- Password resets, User administration
- System training query handling
- Ticket triage for 2nd & 3rd line support & development
- Liaison with 2nd line support and development
- System testing and fault-finding pre-delivery to clients
- Conducting client training sessions via Microsoft Teams or by producing short screen record videos for publication to clients
- Website administration via Content Management Systems
- Running demonstrations to assist with the sales process and supporting existing customers with tailored video content and support.
In this role you will be encouraged to work with independence with collaboration across the team.
