It Delivery Architect Team Leader

The Role:
At Hampshire County Council (HCC) we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that enhance public services and improve the lives of our residents. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self –motivated, and experienced IT Delivery Architect Lead, to join and manage our team of talented IT Architects.
As the successful candidate you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the technical solutions implemented within the County Council. You will lead a team of skilled architects responsible for designing robust cyber, infrastructure and cloud solutions across a wide–ranging IT portfolio. In this dual role you will be responsible for the management, quality and development of the team as well as being 'hands–on' in delivery of solution architecture and designs.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading and managing technical teams with Hybrid Cloud experience including design work, utilising a wide range of concepts and technologies such as SaaS/PaaS/IaaS/On–Premises hosting, application provisioning and integration, Identity and Access Management (IdAM), Windows Server, firewalls, load balancers, and databases (both HCC hosted and cloud).
