We are actively looking for a hands on IT Support, Team Leader to lead and manage a small team providing 1st & 2nd line support to all Trescal users.
About the RoleJoining our team as an IT help desk Team Leader, you will be Managing a small team to provide 1st & 2nd line support to all Trescal users with their IT and business issues and propose IT solutions/fixes where possible. All user requests are logged and need to be managed using the current Helpdesk solution.
You will also support the Head of IT & the Infrastructure Team Leader with IT Projects as and when they arise.
Site visits around the UK & I will be required to support users/fix IT issues.

- Previous IT Helpdesk Team Lead experience is desirable
- Previous IT Helpdesk experience is essential
- Must be customer service focused
- Must be able to interact effectively and cooperate with all internal departments
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Good telephone manner and attention to detail
- Ability to travel as the role will include UK & I travel to other sites with a requirement for occasional overnight stays.
