Are you passionate about building relationships with customers and problem solving - whilst managing a small Customer Service Team. Reed are looking for a talented Customer Service Team Leaderin Southampton.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Customer Service background with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle escalated customer complaints and enquiries.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training are an integral part of the company's culture
- Lead the Customer Service Team in providing excellent service to clients.
- Monitor team performance and report metrics to management.
- Identify opportunities for process and product improvement
Person Specification
- A confident, enthusiastic, and driven team player
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks / projects
- A Customer Services professional with a proven track of success and experience in leading a team
