As the Operations Support Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the Ops team floor, ensuring seamless daily operations, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Main duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee day to day teams' operations and performance.
- Organise tasks for individuals in the team and provide support where necessary.
- Ensuring team members hit their KPIs by providing necessary training to help build confidence.
- Communicating targets, objectives, and goals to the team
- Setting task and project deadlines to ensure team productivity.
- Helping with the recruitment process for new Operations administrators when necessary
- Supporting sales administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Experience within a Supervision/Team Leader role in an office environment, leading a small team and following up on KPIs performance.
- Strong Customer Service & Administrative skills including MS Excel.
- Ability to plan and organise your own workload.
- Ability to work well within a team and build confidence with other team members
